Elma, has been respecting all our needs we had from the first visit. She helped us and still is helping for the apartment as the owner does not speak English and certain things are still not fixed. I think she went the extra mile due to our work schedule and language barrier during the relocation. For sure if somebody will ask me I recommend Elma and Okay. Thanks lot for your service

She knew what we wanted and provided a selection of flats that fitted our standards so we didn’t have to waste time viewing too many flats. She’s good at negotiation. She’s a great problem solver.
