Elma was INCREDIBLE. She very quickly learnt exactly what we wanted and only took us to view flats that aligned instead of trying to sell us something not quite right. She observed our reactions to flats and used these in her searches. When we did find a flat she very thoroughly checked it and negotiated extensively with the landlord. We are so grateful!

Shirley is a friendly agent that keeps on helping me to find my ideal flat. With my limited budget, she managed to find options for me to choose from. She follows up with me from time to time and provides me with new options when the old ones doesn’t fit me. Appreciate her efforts and I’d happy to work with her again if I have a chance to get another flat in the future.

Ning has been most helpful with my search for an apartment. She understood my requirements and my preferences, and was able to show me a number of selections that were real contenders. Ning was also very proactive in working with the landlord to obtain a fair rental price, and to ensure all the minor fixes that were done before I moved in.
