We worked with Stephanie to buy a village house in Clearwater Bay. We found her to be an amazing agent, the best we have ever dealt with. Stephanie very clearly understood our requirements and worked out a very relevant list of houses for us to view over a number of weekends. She is extremely knowledgeable and provided invaluable advice on issues with the area and the houses we inspected. She acted much more like a trusted friend and consultant rather than an agent. Once we settled on the property, she was great in helping to work out a price and to get an agreement with the vendor. She also helped to advise on a solicitor as well as provide banking contacts for obtaining a mortgage. Even after the sale was finalised she continued to provide great support in helping us set up the house for our move. As a single mother moving across continents, finding an apartment in HK worried me the most. However, with the incredible support of Sonam, who worked with us from whilst we were still abroad to the point of moving in, this task resulted in our dream apartment! Sonam worked closely with me first to get a sense of the type of apartment in terms of style, was able to aptly match this with listings that were in our price range. This meant that when I arrived for our initial 3 day visit to find an apartment, everything was set up for viewings. Sonam went even further to help me understand the different areas of the city, both considering my needs as a working mother, but also my daughter's needs. She even went as far as to get the bus schedule of my daughter's school and helped map the different apartments to the routes.
