It was a pleasure dealing with Janis in selling my apartment recently. At all times I found her very professional and obliging. One particular aspect that I liked was her proficiency in English which is a major criteria for me in choosing a property agent as it makes things easier with negotiations etc. I would very much like to be able to work with her again in the future.

Fiona was such a great help to us when relocating to HK. From getting a shortlist together, multiple viewings, negotiating with the landlord for the rent of our chosen apartment, to helping us moving and setting up utilities, she was a huge help. Shirley is a friendly agent that keeps on helping me to find my ideal flat. With my limited budget, she managed to find options for me to choose from. She follows up with me from time to time and provides me with new options when the old ones doesn’t fit me. Appreciate her efforts and I’d happy to work with her again if I have a chance to get another flat in the future.
