Ms. Yohanita is very helpful and she works efficiently. As we are not new to Hong Kong, Ms. Yohanita gave us few ideas and let us explore different locations and different type of properties to understand what we like. From there she understands already what we like and what we need, so we did not waste our time seeing apartments that we will not like. I highly recommend Sonam to anyone looking to rent out their apartment in Hong Kong. She is a true rockstar! She helped me rent out my apartment twice, both during the COVID-19 pandemic when I was stuck out of the country. She went above and beyond to help me with everything, from the handover from the previous tenants to finding new tenants. She even suggested and coordinated touch-up work, helped with inventory checks, and took detailed photos and video walk-throughs. She was also great at getting prospective clients to the door and handling the entire process of coordinating viewings, follow-ups, and contract negotiations. She made the entire process stress-free, even though it should have been anything but. I would have been a total mess without her! Sonam is a lovely, positive, and pleasant person to deal with.
