Working with Sonam Thadani in securing our rental apartment last spring was a pleasure. This was our third move within Hong Kong and, after working with other brokers, we truly saw the difference that made working with her entirely remarkable and worth it. Sonam was diligent in her efforts to find apartments that met our criteria while also keeping us in check with current market trends and pricing. Furthermore, she exercised patience (and perseverance) in scheduling viewings and following through with negotiations with counterparties. Once all of the papers were signed, Sonam’s continued efforts assured that the transition to our new apartment was as seamless as possible. She was very proactive and helpful with helping us find a property within our parameters, which led to finding the right one for us in a short period of time.
