Stephanie helped us to find the perfect family home! All five houses which we viewed fitted our wishes really well, but the last one was just perfect. Stephanie told us a lot about the Clearwater Bay area and she made us fall in love with it. FIVE STAR SERVICE! Gertrude was absolutely AMAZING! I couldn't have wished for a better agent! I have lived in America, Germany, Sweden, and Denmark, and it is safe to say that Gertrude went far and beyond with what I expect a housing agent to do. In fact, Gertrude was almost more of a relocation agent. Not only did she find me the best fit apartment, she offered concerns on places that she felt were not a safe choice, showed me around my neighbourhood of interest, was flexible with meeting times, provided numerous must-know tips of living in HK, and assisted in securing and setting-up some basic furniture prior to my move in. And, of course, Gertrude was SUPER friendly - absolutely an awesome person. Even after the contract was signed, Gertrude checked in with me multiple times to be sure all was well. I am certain I have missed a few compliments here. I will most definitely return to OKAY for my next flat search, and will request and insist that Gertrude be my guide.

Nora is very good at understanding her client's needs. She would suggest some visits and would not recommend some others, but always listening. Thank you for your time and efforts :)
