Kim has been a massive help to our family -not only helping us to find a house and complete the necessary paperwork but also helping us to settle into life in HK. We can’t thank her enough for her expertise in helping to guide us through an unfamiliar rental process as well as providing contacts such as a curtain provider, a handy man and even a babysitter. We would thoroughly recommend anyone moving to the Sai Kung/Clearwater Bay Area to reach out to Kim for help and advice.

Thank you so much. I wanted to take a moment to express how truly satisfied I am with the support Kate has provided throughout this process. She has been incredibly organised, consistently kept me informed, and generously shared her expertise and insights on the market. I’ve also really appreciated the way she ensured that communication with all stakeholders remained clear and well understood.

We have been very satisfied with the professional service provided by Shirley Li of OKAY.com. She is efficient, helpful and nice. We will definitely contact her again if we have other apartment for lease and sell in future. Ms. Janice Wong
