Chris Chan has been our broker twice now. He really knows the Hong Kong real estate market well. Chris is very patient and showed us great places within our price range. I have also referred Chris Chan to my friends and they really liked him as well. Chris is our go to guy when it comes to Hong Kong real estate.

Stephanie has been a delight to work with - both in selling our home and then in subsequently finding a rental that works. Cindy has done a very good and professional job in arranging our rental at Avignon and gave good after-sales service. For example, she instantly arranged a locksmith to come around when we found that an unathorised cleaner had a key to our flat. She arranged a good tour of the Gold Coast area of at least 10 flats, and from that we chose one which we are now in. Cindy also then arranged another tour of flats to buy, which we considered, but will hold off on for now until we find a better value. We would recommend her to friends who want to move to this area. She is easy to get along with and very helpful.
