We would like to thank Janis very very much for her support and commitment in understanding our needs, wishes, limitations, timing etc. She was very professional and awesome during the tough process of finding a home and moving from a foreign country. Our wholehearted appreciation goes out to her and we wish we can repay her somehow in the future.

Shirley has been super helpful finding a property that fits my expectation and price negotiation. She has got a proactive attitude, trying to help with all fronts from mortgage to insurance and property maintenance etc. She is a true problem solver. Kim was extremely patient and incredibly helpful throughout our home search process. She even went above and beyond the call of her job by letting our little one use the bathroom in her house for an emergency stop! Her knowledge of the area is supreme and she also saved us valuable time by already knowing places extremely well or viewing them ahead of time and providing valuable feedback. We will definitely recommend Kim to any of our friends when they are looking to move - and not just for the Clearwater Bay and Sai Kung area but for places in general.
