We first contacted OKAY.com in June 2016 as soon as we knew we were moving to Discovery Bay from abroad. Shirley is an excellent real estate agent. She is very professional, responsive and hardworking. She had about 5 places lined up for us in one day. The one thing I wasn't looking forward to coming back to HK after 3 years spent in London was apartment hunting. I know how bad the offering can be and how time consuming it can get. But Jayde actually made it a very enjoyable experience. She was just amazing, she understood my needs from the beginning, and actually followed my requirements to shortlist a selection of flats (she actually only had to show me 2, both of which I liked, so I had to make a tough decision!).
