I contacted Stephanie after seeing a place on the okay.com website that I thought would suit my family. She responded to my queries and questions extremely quickly and did as much as she possibly could to make the move to our new home seamless. Stephanie is one of the most positive and approachable people I have met and nothing was too much trouble. Throughout the moving process she was on hand to liaise with the landlord including negotiations about rent and requests for alterations on the property as well as, giving advise on a number of issues that arose. I can't thank her enough for all the time and help she gave us and of course, would highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking of moving.

I under-estimated the time it would take to find the right apartment and was under time pressure as I had to vacate my current apartment by July 14th. I was talking to a number of agents at the same time to hopefully find something as soon as possible. When I met Grace, she immediately started showing me all of the properties I requested. Then she made a suggestion of a unit which was out of my budget. She said she would help me negotiate a good price, which I thought would be challenging. But she MADE things happen and I am looking toward to moving to the new apartment. Grace is proactive, efficient and professional--an outstanding agent.

Working with Anil was an excellent experience. He understood my requirements and worked extremely hard to make it happen, all while being courteous and patient. Anil's negotiation skills are also second to none. I will definitely be recommending him to friends in the near future.
