My family recently relocated from Sydney to Hong Kong and the thought of finding somewhere to live that suited my needs was daunting. Fortunately, Nicki Perry at OKAY.com was recommended to me by three people in different networks, and after making contact with Nicki, the whole process became a lot easier. Nicki has lived in Hong Kong for 15 years and knows the market extremely well. In particular, and most importantly for us, she understands the needs and expectations of expats and can provide a targeted shortlist very quickly. I could not recommend Nicki more, she is an absolute delight and she goes above and beyond to ensure that you're happy with your decision. Nicki spent two days taking my wife and two (active!) toddlers on apartment inspections and managed to laugh and smile the whole time. Not to mention the time she spent with me showing me around before my family arrived. Nicki is definitely the best in the business.

I would like to pass on my extreme gratitude to Kim for helping us find a permanent apartment to live in. Her kindness, patience and help over the last 3-4 months has been tremendous and made our relocation experience to Hong Kong a more pleasant experience.

She’s really great and very pro active finding/recommending us other suitable properties when the ones we chose were not up to our liking. She also, for no extra fees, helped us secure and prepared contracts for an additional Carpark. She was also very quick on completing all the contracts and paperwork, even if she had to come a long way to our house to meet us for cheques and signature. Definitely the best agent we had by far in Hong Kong!
