The Bellevue Place 御林豪庭

We had to find a new place REALLY fast. She found one that met pretty much all our needs. Since she was our agent last time, she knew our top priorities. She helped us close out our utilities at the old place and get the new ones set-up. And she always gives great advice on how to make the most of our apartment. Amazingly, we went from notice of move, to getting the place, decorating, moving in and hand-over in less than 3 weeks! Really appreciate all her support.

She has been patient, caring, not pushing and going the extra mile always with a smile. She has been a good listener and took into consideration our requirements. She set expectations with us being honest when negotiating with landlords. I believe she deserves the full commission to herself.
