As landlords, we are often at the mercy of agents who typically do a stronger job of representing tenant’s interests over ours. However, not once during my interactions with Don did I feel this way. I always felt that my concerns and requests were of proportionate importance and his goal was truly to reach an equitable agreement between my future tenants and me rather than a quick and easy transaction for himself. Don is a very personable, conscientious and reliable. Don's response time via email, phone or text is virtually immediate and I never felt left in the lurch with regards to my questions or guidance on next steps. I look forward to working with Don again and he will certainly be the first person I'll contact when my property becomes available again in the future.
