Quickly found the right home, right price within our budget guidelines and very helpful with timings between house moves, juggling leases. The negotiations between the local owner and ourselves was also in a friendly yet professional manner, and WIN-WIN for both parties. We found OKAY.com very connected to us, and to the needs of a multi-national company when signing leases and legal agreements in Hong Kong.
