We came to Flo with some very difficult requirements including 2 dogs, 2 bedrooms, a more economical budget and a very narrow timescale to get something sorted. She assessed our requirements and quickly found us the perfect apartment. Beyond all of this, and even after her obligations were complete, she insisted on taking charge of ensuring everything was taken care of so the introduction into our new home would be as smooth as possible. I highly recommend Flo to anybody looking for a home in HK, and we will most certainly be in touch for our next move!

What started as occasional informal viewings of southside listings quickly turned into a full-press search once we realized we were in such good hands with Max. We were happily ensconced at The Lily in Repulse Bay but Max opened our eyes to other areas. She helped us secure an amazing penthouse flat in Stanley with a spacious roof deck that had been freshly listed, and thanks to her, we managed to beat out several other keenly interested parties. From start to finish and even well into our lease, Max was with us every step of the way, providing expert guidance with professionalism, diligence, and warmth. We highly recommend her.

After my arrival in Hong Kong it only took us eleven days to find the perfect apartment for me! Before that Heike defined the search criteria with me when I was still in Germany. And gave me a very good overview about the potential living areas. During the visits everything was perfectly organized and I got a lot of additional information like sporting clubs, bars, restaurants… She clearly understood my needs, advised me in a very good way and was able to negotiate a sustainable contract with the landlord. During this whole search process OKAY.com supplied all information with modern and very usable IT tools. To sum it up – everything was well-structured, organized and supported – and I was ensured that Heike will go the extra mile to find my new home! Oh – one thing I forgot! She also introduced me to a local artist – so that I now have some original Hong Kong street art on my walls …
