I would unhesitatingly recommend Amelia to anyone wishing to rent out their premises. She is able to bring the deal to completion in a timely and efficient manner. Highly professional service and a speedy commitment when liaising with the tenant. She is an enthusiastic and energetic girl. Courteous, committed and caring.

Molly was excellent at taking account of my needs and requirements along with the unspoken requirements when I was searching for an apartment, she did not waste my time taking me to apartments that did not meet my criteria – you’ll find this is a norm with local agents in Hong Kong! Organised and professional, all the apartments I was arranged to view - I had prior visibility of via email from Molly.
Molly is not a pushy agent, she’s extremely genuine and aspires to provide the best service to meet your needs. Her professionalism was outstanding, if you’re looking for an agent that listens to your needs and requirements and will not push you into a bad deal just to make the commission – this is your lady!
She is very accustomed to the local culture as well as western, which helps in the Hong Kong market. My lease was signed by my employers, can’t thank Molly enough for remaining professional and accommodating to my company’s requirements.
Thanks again Molly!

We were living in Kennedy Town but had to find a new place as the family is about to grow with a 2nd child arriving soon.
We contacted 3 different agencies and OKAY.com was one of them. We loved the quality properties on their website as many of them fit our western standards. We also appreciated how easy and convenient it was to select the places to visit directly online from the recommendation list sent by our agent with details, pictures and personal notes.
Our agent, Jayde Pamuk, immediately understood our needs and our long list of 'must-haves' never discouraged her. All of the apartments we visited had something unique compared to Hong Kong standards.
If we must move out again in Hong Kong (hopefully, not too soon!), we would first ask for OKAY.com and Jayde Pamuk.
