Having just moved to Hong Kong from the UK, Flo understood exactly the type of place I was looking for. When I found the apartment I wanted to move into she negotiated a fair deal and did her due diligence on the property like checking the Land Registry. Flo made the whole process really easy even setting up my utilities and recommending a handy man to hang my pictures up. Elma was INCREDIBLE. She very quickly learnt exactly what we wanted and only took us to view flats that aligned instead of trying to sell us something not quite right. She observed our reactions to flats and used these in her searches. When we did find a flat she very thoroughly checked it and negotiated extensively with the landlord. We are so grateful!
