Our first rental experience was very unpleasant. Our previous agent was deceptive and our landlord the same and it left us very wary this time around. Thankfully, I read an article about the OKAY.com DB team last year and decided to call them as soon as our lease was up. It was great to talk to an agent who not only understood our expectations and requirements but respected them. It was refreshing to be taken to see places that fit the bill and not be shown places that had some of the things we had asked for but were clearly not going to be considered. I also appreciated Nina's help in taking me to a furniture store that makes beds, made to order and then for saving me money by forwarding me an ad for a second hand one that fits perfectly. It's great to talk with someone who looks after their customers that well! For any problems, Nina got back to me in a timely fashion and fixed them with a positive attitude. Who could ask for more?

Very good all round, but especially in taking the initiative to select a good range of properties for viewing, including some alternatives to the options I had mentioned in my intro email (one of which I ended up renting).

This is the second time Ning has helped me find a home. She understands my needs and have been very helpful on both times. The second move needed to be completed in a short time frame and she already knew what I wanted and got the flat I want quickly without going through a lot of choices.
