I contacted Stephanie after seeing a place on the okay.com website that I thought would suit my family. She responded to my queries and questions extremely quickly and did as much as she possibly could to make the move to our new home seamless. Stephanie is one of the most positive and approachable people I have met and nothing was too much trouble. Throughout the moving process she was on hand to liaise with the landlord including negotiations about rent and requests for alterations on the property as well as, giving advise on a number of issues that arose. I can't thank her enough for all the time and help she gave us and of course, would highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking of moving.

Ludivine was excellent to work with and extremely helpful and responsive. She listened to my requirements for an apartment and followed up on our requests to see flats we saw online. She did not waste time on unsuitable ones. She was always available to respond to WhatsApp messages and replied promptly. Her feedback was honest and realistic and most importantly, I never felt pressured to take whatever came along, unlike experiences we have had with other agents over the past 19 years I have been in Hong Kong. I would certainly use her again and recommend her to other friends or colleagues looking for a real estate agent.
