Ruby has helped us find several apartments since we first arrived [in] Hong Kong in 2006. She understands perfectly our needs and always shows us plenty of different locations so we can compare the value we can get for our money. Our last apartment she got us in Bowen Road really ticks all the boxes in terms of our wishes. If we would need to move again, we will definitely use Ruby again as she understands the market and knows what is available.

I want to thank Don for his hard work and diligence on my behalf. Of the agents I had dealings with, he was definitely the most attuned as the properties he suggested came closer to the mark over time. I also appreciated him giving me first look on new listings that might be appropriate as this seems to be a real advantage in this game.
