From the beginning of the process of finding a flat to rent to the thankfully quick end, Louise was a model of energy, efficiency, good cheer and sound counsel. We have had to move several times due to our jobs, and having lived abroad for many years, we know exactly what we want when it comes to our accommodation. Rosa really took the time to understand our needs and was incredibly attentive to our requirements, making sure we did not have to compromise on anything. Our expectations for the size and location were quite high, but with Rosa's expertise, we were able to find the perfect apartment in Hong Kong. We are now happily settled in a beautiful apartment in Mid-Levels, and we could not be more satisfied. Rosa is truly an expert in her field, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home that truly fits their personal preferences and needs, rather than just settling for what is available on the market.

Elma, has been respecting all our needs we had from the first visit. She helped us and still is helping for the apartment as the owner does not speak English and certain things are still not fixed. I think she went the extra mile due to our work schedule and language barrier during the relocation. For sure if somebody will ask me I recommend Elma and Okay. Thanks lot for your service
