Cindy has been helpful from start to finish. She helped us arranged the transfer of our utilities to our new place and helped contact the landlord with small issues. Angie is extremely personable, friendly and most important listened to us, understanding our requirements and taking the time to ensure she only showed us what we wanted. Angie made us feel like we were her sole clients and that nothing was too much trouble.

Elma was INCREDIBLE. She very quickly learnt exactly what we wanted and only took us to view flats that aligned instead of trying to sell us something not quite right. She observed our reactions to flats and used these in her searches. When we did find a flat she very thoroughly checked it and negotiated extensively with the landlord. We are so grateful!
