Dealing with Alexis was a breeze. She listened carefully to our needs and didn’t waste our time by showing us properties that weren’t 100% right for us, which we are very grateful for. She acts quickly and is very responsive so it didn’t take long for us to secure our perfect new home, and as we were new to the area she was great at offering advice on anything from playgroups to where to enjoy sundowners! We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the area.

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Louise Garnaut and praise for her professionalism. I met with Louise just a few times but during that time she gave me a deep impression for her cheerful smile, caring attitude and excellent preparation skills. I remember when my tenant brought their kids to the house in late September. After bidding farewell, Louise showed them the village environment and ended up driving back for water. Louise also refilled the kids bottles in case they needed on their way home. Most importantly, she was EFFICIENT - finding us a good and suitable tenant in a month!

Andrea was such a great help in finding us an apartment. She quickly clued on to what we were looking for and didn't waste time trying to push us to go with something we weren't happy with. She also gave up her time and waited over half an hour when I was late for an appointment. We really appreciated having someone help us that we trusted, and who actually listened to our requests. After some horrors in HK, we were so happy we found her!
