I under-estimated the time it would take to find the right apartment and was under time pressure as I had to vacate my current apartment by July 14th. I was talking to a number of agents at the same time to hopefully find something as soon as possible. When I met Grace, she immediately started showing me all of the properties I requested. Then she made a suggestion of a unit which was out of my budget. She said she would help me negotiate a good price, which I thought would be challenging.
