I came to Hong Kong with the expectation that finding the right apartment would be a tough slog. This had been the case in other big cities I've lived in. I was massively lucky to be introduced to Dorothy at the outset. She was incredibly organised, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and attentive to my preferences. Dorothy even remained incredibly upbeat and helpful after having to start our search all over again due to my shift in dates. Her insight and guidance made it easier to get a better perspective on what I was looking at. Unlike many agents, Dorothy was fully engaged and made sure my focus was not just on getting a good price or enough space, but practical things like being able to fit the requisite furniture and appliances, and making sure the security and location were good. I have and will in the future advise anybody I know looking for a place in HK to contact Dorothy.

My wife and I have started searching for our next residence in Hong Kong since late last year without any success. It was until Shirley stepped in to help us. With Shirley’s strong market insights, broad clientele, and attention to details, we were able to quickly narrow down our search to a short list of neighborhoods and units in-line with our budget. We strongly recommend Shirley to anyone who wants to partner with a well-rounded and well-liked agent for their residence search!

We were living in Kennedy Town but had to find a new place as the family is about to grow with a 2nd child arriving soon.
We contacted 3 different agencies and OKAY.com was one of them. We loved the quality properties on their website as many of them fit our western standards. We also appreciated how easy and convenient it was to select the places to visit directly online from the recommendation list sent by our agent with details, pictures and personal notes.
Our agent, Jayde Pamuk, immediately understood our needs and our long list of 'must-haves' never discouraged her. All of the apartments we visited had something unique compared to Hong Kong standards.
If we must move out again in Hong Kong (hopefully, not too soon!), we would first ask for OKAY.com and Jayde Pamuk.
