All our exchanges and all our visits with Ludivine went wonderfully well. Our timing was rather tight, and Ludivine immediately understood our needs, our desires and our constraints. Her advice for settling in Hong Kong are precious, and we tremendously appreciated all of them.

She heard our requirements and only took us to those apartments that met those requirements. She was also patient and very generous with her time. Finally, I really valued how she was able to get us viewings at all properties we were interested in on the one day.

Carment was very conscientious of all of our needs and helped us find a place we love very quickly.
