I thoroughly enjoyed working with Molly. She immediately asked the right questions, quickly grasped my needs and focused her attention on presenting only the best property options, allowing the flat-hunting process to be very time-efficient and smooth. This took a lot of the burden off my shoulders. The subsequent contractual paperwork was handled professionally, and I particularly appreciated that she fought for all the contract terms that I wanted and that she personally made sure that everything in the apartment was working properly. A great asset to any property agency and highly recommended to anyone looking for a home in HK. I will definitely work with Molly on my next property move.

Heike was introduced to us by a friend in Hong Kong. With her help we found our apartment very fast (within one week). After living in the apartment for one month now, we are very happy with it. Heike was always very responsive and helpful. She provide us information and experiences regarding locations, contracts etc. It was definitely a good choice for us.

After my arrival in Hong Kong it only took us eleven days to find the perfect apartment for me! Before that Heike defined the search criteria with me when I was still in Germany. And gave me a very good overview about the potential living areas. During the visits everything was perfectly organized and I got a lot of additional information like sporting clubs, bars, restaurants… She clearly understood my needs, advised me in a very good way and was able to negotiate a sustainable contract with the landlord. During this whole search process OKAY.com supplied all information with modern and very usable IT tools. To sum it up – everything was well-structured, organized and supported – and I was ensured that Heike will go the extra mile to find my new home! Oh – one thing I forgot! She also introduced me to a local artist – so that I now have some original Hong Kong street art on my walls …
