On finding a great apartment Daphne went the extra mile in working with the landlord to secure a fantastic mutually beneficial agreement and we felt she had our interests at heart when negotiating terms. Daphne was great at getting things done and turned around the necessary contracts, stamp duty, building utilities etc. in a very quick time.

Jaylie was very enthusiastic, committed and professional. She was always able to show us a wide variety of flats to make sure we'd seen all that the market had to offer and was able to put up with our long list of criteria without complaint. I'd definitely recommend her to friends who are looking for a new property.

She was patient, polite and really listed to our needs. Most importantly, she acted quickly! Apparently we got our deposit in 1 hour prior to another possible tenant’s offer. Thanks to Nicole we got the flat we wanted!
