Nora has been listening to our needs and was very patient even when we do not know what we were really looking for or changed our minds. She has been of very good advice during our search and knew exactly what would be available within our budget, which reassured us and made our search for a new home very efficient. Actually we started our search with several agents, but very quickly decided to work only with Nora, as she was much ahead of the others in terms of reactivity accuracy and local knowledge.

We want to pass our gratitude to Kim for her wonderful assistance in securing a rental property for my family. We are appreciative of the extra effort she made in understanding our needs answering hundreds of questions we had and generally pointing us in the right direction on a suitable area to live. The other aspect that we valued was her ability to manage our expectations and provide transparency around the tenancy process. It meant that we didn’t have any surprises to deal with along the way. Fiona is extremely excellent and very responsible. She took care of everything for Agreement including the utilities to the end. She is good at both English and Cantonese so that she could help us solve the issue even during the moving, i.e. we lost the stuff during the moving. We couldn't find it without her help. She is not only very reliable and responsible for her work, but she also has a excellent negotiation skill which makes both landlord and tenant satisfied. We could save time without unnecessary negotiation thanks to you. Beyond that, she did her best to understand our requests and followed up so we could find out the new space earlier than we expected. While others support the basic work for clients like Agreement and utilities, she assisted us to settle down on new home softly and quickly. We really appreciate her help.
