Melanie's curiosity for the Hong Kong real estate market was solidified after investing in the market herself. In 2007, Melanie had the opportunity to invest, renovate and rent property which sparked a real interest in the industry. She fell in love with the bubbling real estate market and decided to become an agent herself.
