We had a wonderful experience working with Nina and OKAY.com for our recent house move. Nina had a great perception of what type and style of accommodation we were looking for and was quick to source some good options, one of which we quickly secured with a very smooth negotiation and signing process. Her local knowledge of Discovery Bay and great people skills were particular services much appreciated by us during our recent house-hunting.

Andrea was such a great help in finding us an apartment. She quickly clued on to what we were looking for and didn't waste time trying to push us to go with something we weren't happy with. She also gave up her time and waited over half an hour when I was late for an appointment. We really appreciated having someone help us that we trusted, and who actually listened to our requests. After some horrors in HK, we were so happy we found her!

We found OKAY.com through squarefoot.com and Shirley was assigned as our agent. She sent us multiple apartments that were matching our needs and promptly set up appointments for us to view them. We found our apartment on our first day viewing and Shirley helped to negotiate a deal with the landlady that we were very happy with.
