He prepared a detailed briefing according to my needs so that I could visit the apartments straight after landing in Hong Kong. After understanding my needs in detail, he tailored the offering and negotiated with all parties involved on my behalf. The whole process was managed highly efficiently - especially important since I had to fly out after just two weeks and had only very limited time to select the flat. Cindy has done a very good and professional job in arranging our rental at Avignon and gave good after-sales service. For example, she instantly arranged a locksmith to come around when we found that an unathorised cleaner had a key to our flat. She arranged a good tour of the Gold Coast area of at least 10 flats, and from that we chose one which we are now in. Cindy also then arranged another tour of flats to buy, which we considered, but will hold off on for now until we find a better value. We would recommend her to friends who want to move to this area. She is easy to get along with and very helpful.
