I am writing to you about my outstanding experience with Joanne Cheung. Joanne has been a Godsend! I needed to relocate to Hong Kong for work. Thanks to her guidance, patience, tenacity, and consummate professionalism, I was able to secure the MOST beautiful apartment in all off Hong Kong!! She took care of vital communications to the landlord to ensure I would succeed. She took videos, answered dozens of my questions. She was available morning, noon, and night. She went so above and beyond. Her work effort is unparalleled. You have an incredible colleague in Joanne Cheung. I work with hundreds of professionals globally. She deserves to hold a very high position at the agency. She should train others and take very high commissions. She is truly special. I am exceedingly grateful for her time and effort. My wife and I found Louise to be an excellent agent. She had an in depth knowledge of the areas we were looking at (Clearwater Bay, Sai Kung) and in addition to properties themselves, she was also very well-informed in things like shopping, access to mass transit, etc. Most importantly, she showed the ability to listen to us, to understand what we felt were critical factors, and to shape the search correspondingly, rather than sticking to initial preconceptions that were not entirely on-point.
