Beverly is a real estate and relocation specialist whose professional career spans more than 30 years across the U.S., Hong Kong and China. In addition to being Chairman of the Board of OKAY.com, Beverly is the Founder and President of Asia Pacific Properties Limited (“APP”), which she established in Hong Kong in 1985 and built into an enterprise which today has offices in Beijing, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Shanghai. APP serves a client base of Fortune 500 companies and specializes in establishing real estate strategies and mobility programs in the APAC region, with a particular focus on China. Beverly is the first Chinese-American female entrepreneur to set up a real estate & relocation company in the region. A pioneer of the relocation industry in Asia, she established APP as the first international real estate & relocation company in China in 1995.

Beverly is prominent in several international real estate organizations and currently serves as the Chairperson on the International Advisory Council of the Chicago-based Leading Real Estate Companies of the World™, the largest network of top independent regional and global brand-name brokerage firms in residential real estate. Beverly also recently completed a 3-year term on the Board of Directors for Worldwide ERC® (Employee Relocation Council) the relocation industry’s leading association, headquartered in Washington D.C., and was a member of the Leadership Board of NAI Global, the premier network of independent commercial real estate firms with 350 NAI offices worldwide.

In Hong Kong, Beverly is actively involved in civic life. She is a former president of The American Club Hong Kong (the first and only woman to occupy the post in the club’s 80-year history), a past chairperson of the Ladies' Committee of the Hong Kong Philharmonic Society and former board member of the Hong Kong chapter of the International Women's Forum (IWF). She is a founding member of the annual “Women of Influence” conference held in Hong Kong, recognizing women leaders in the community.

Beverly speaks regularly at international conferences sponsored by organizations such as The Economist Group of the United Kingdom, the EXPOREAL in Germany, the London-based European Relocation Association (EURA), the Institute of Human Resources in Australia and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LRE).

Born and raised in the U.S., Beverly holds a B.A. in psychology and a M.S. in social work from Boston University. She maintains her real estate qualifications through ongoing professional programs focused on law and ethics. Beverly is a mother of three adult children and she enjoys photography, opera and plane gliding.

Joshua brings 15 years of experience across the areas of strategy, finance, marketing and operations to OKAY.com. Prior to joining the company, Joshua spent 6 years with Asia Pacific Properties Limited (for which he remains a Director), overseeing the Commercial Real Estate Division and the overall operations of the group in Hong Kong and China. Joshua is also the Chairman of Asia Pacific Leadership Committee for the Worldwide ERC® (Employee Relocation Council).

Before moving into the real estate industry, Joshua was a Vice President with Morgan Stanley, where he spent eight years working in the Global Capital Markets and Investment Banking divisions in Hong Kong and New York.

Born in the U.S. and raised in Hong Kong, Joshua obtained his BA at Dartmouth College with a major in Asian Studies and minor in Economics, and later completed his MBA at the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Brendan is an experienced entrepreneur who has been developing successful businesses in the technology field since the age of 15, and has built and sold two prior businesses. Having personally encountered problems searching for properties in Hong Kong, Brendan founded OKAY.com in 2009 to address significant inaccuracies and inefficiencies in the real estate market. In his role as Chief Technology Officer of OKAY.com, Brendan leverages his experience in designing technology and managing the development process to provide OKAY.com’s clients & consultants with Hong Kong’s most powerful property platform.

Belinda is a manager with OKAY.com and, with more than 21 years in the real estate profession, has a deep knowledge of the luxury residential market in Hong Kong. In addition to her management responsibilities, she consults on short-term and long-term leasing, luxury purchases/sales, investments and portfolio analysis.

Belinda started her career in the hospitality industry and is known for her unparalleled professionalism and cheerful personality which have allowed her to build a considerable list of loyal, repeat clients that refer to her for all their real estate needs.

Prior to transitioning to the OKAY.com team, Belinda managed the APP General Brokerage Division for 8 years, having joined the company in 2003.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Belinda holds an EAA E-license and is fluent in English and Cantonese.
